Why put a tea bag in the toilet bowl?

After enjoying a good cup of tea, you can use used tea bags to clean your toilet. Tea is effective at removing stains, but also unpleasant odors. Tea bags allow you to remove yellowish residue from the bowl, in addition to deodorizing it. To do this, simply line the sides of the bowl with tea bags and let it sit for several hours. When in contact with the damp walls, the tea bags will release a liquid that will effectively loosen the container. You can also leave the tea bags soaking in the bottom of the bowl to remove any stains that may have settled there. To avoid clogging the toilet, remove the tea bags and scrub the sides of the bowl with a clean toilet brush. Then flush the toilet.
